Where appeal from decree entered in suit in equity to quiet title to realty was heard by four members of Supreme Court, one justice deeming himself disqualified to sit, and the remaining justices were equally divided on powers and duties of the Court on Appeals in equity, decree of the District Court stood affirmed.
